Can we please remind parents that the school does have a school uniform and requests that all children wear it.
Please see our policies page for the full School Uniform Policy.
Our uniform consists of:
- Knee-length black/grey skirts – skirts must be a respectable length (to or just above the knee)
- Black/Grey school uniform trousers or black leggings
- Yellow or white polo-shirts
- Blue pullovers/sweatshirts or cardigan
- Preferably black school shoes/trainers (Due to the cost of living crisis we are being flexible with footwear).
During summer months, a blue gingham dress and grey school uniform shorts can be worn.
In winter months, plain school tights can be worn.
Nursery children can wear the school uniform but this is not compulsory.
To support recycling, we have a selection of uniform in school free of charge. If you would to donate any, please send it in via the school office. If you would like to check our selection, please do so prior to purchasing any. We like to think that we are helping our planet by reusing wherever possible.

Wellbeing Champions and School Council
Members of the School Council and Wellbeing Champions wear different coloured sweatshirts – School Council – green and Wellbeing Champions – purple. Wellbeing Champions and School Councillors are elected each year in June so parents can order the correct coloured uniform. Pupils who are Sports’ Leader and Green Leaders have been provided with a red (Sports’ leaders) or green (Green Leaders) hoody for this academic year.
PE Kit
Our PE kit consists of blue shorts and yellow t-shirt. It should be brought into school on Mondays and taken home on Fridays. Key Stage 2 children also need to have blue tracksuit bottoms and trainers or plimsolls for outdoor PE sessions.
For swimming sessions, a one piece swimsuit or swim trunks must be worn. Pupils also need to have a towel. Pupils do not need to wear a swimming hat, but can wear goggles if they would like to.
Jewellery
On health and safety grounds, we do not allow children to wear jewellery in our school, this includes all earrings; plastic and metal. The exception to this rule is a watch and small objects of religious significance. Wearing jewellery for religious reasons will be discussed with the headteacher and an individual risk assessment will be put in place. We ask that these objects be removed during PE and games for health and safety reasons.
