Class 4 have been learning about significant people in history with a focus on explorers. The children have been very interested in space explorers and so chose Neil Armstrong to be the focus of their assembly. They told the story of the first man to walk on the moon. Everyone enjoyed having lines in the play and dressing up.

Class 5 then came onto stage and showed their Mother’s Day artwork and sang a Mother’s Day song.

Class 4 and 5 then went on stage together to finish the assembly with a Mother’s Day song: ‘My Mum’s One in a Million’.
