Class 4 Reception pupils all took part in an Arctic Animals Assembly linked to their topic during Family assembly. The children worked very hard to write and perform their own version of the story Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear? They were able to use their previous learning to create some wonderful arctic characters and a range of verbs within. They ended their performance singing beautifully the song, ‘Three Little Penguins.’
Class 3 children then performed their dance routine to Bruno Mars, Uptown Funk. This is a routine that they created themselves and worked very well individually, in pairs and in small groups. They can’t wait to take part in the dance festival next week with our cluster primary schools!
