Queen’s 90th Birthday Street Party

June 29, 2016 by helendobson

Children in KS1 and KS2 celebrated the Queen’s 90th birthday on Friday 10th June. They learnt about the Royal family, made birthday cards for the Queen and made crowns to wear at our street party.

During the afternoon, the children had a street party dressed in their red, white and blue clothes.

They ended the day watching a live assembly from Windsor Castle to celebrate the Queen’s special birthday.

EYFS and KS1 Bike Track Markings

June 29, 2016 by helendobson

During the summer term, the school council have been working hard to fundraise for a bike track to be marked onto the EYFS and KS1 yard. In May, this was completed and the school councillors went out to look at the finished product. The children in class 4 and 5 are very happy with the new feature on their playground!
